Ingredients
  • 2 cn Chick Peas
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 2 tb Finely minced garlic
  • 12Sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1Salt
  • 1Fresh ground pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450.
Drain the beans and place them in a glassbaking dish in a single layer.
Drizzle with the oil, toss with yourfingers to coat.
Sprinkle evenly with the garlic and place the thymeover evenly.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper totaste.
Serve with toothpicks to spear each bean.
